“My cooling until recently went out in my townhouse and after the on-site maintenance staff was unable to fix it they called Bolton. Ben came out first thing the next morning and greeted me and my family with a bright smile and wonderful attitude!! He worked extremely hard all day to make sure it was working properly ( in 92 degree weather) and also took extra time to answer all of my questions. J.B, the repair manager was also here helping to get it resolved and he was wonderful too!!”

The Blenheim Condominium Association had an issue come up with a “mystery” electrical line that needed immediate attention due to an unrelated issue with a gas line/furnace underneath one of our units. I called the after hours service line on Sunday afternoon and received an immediate call-back from your on-call electrician, Emerson. Emerson told me he would be out shortly and about 45 minutes later he was at the site.”

“Thanks to Bolton for help with my AC. It went out 5/27 and company was coming 5/28. I called the emergency line and Ricky promptly called me back. We discussed the problem and decided to wait until the next day for repair. I called and left a message on the main line. I got a call about 7am the next morning and was told I could be worked in for a repair.
Ricky arrrived around 10 am. He got right to work and had me back up and running cool in about an hour.”

We have always been pleased with the company, but the most recent service was so spectacular that we feel it important to let people know. Our faucet in the master bath broke Friday morning and began leaking a lot of water under the sink.
