Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning Repairs in Clayton, NC

You’ve invested a considerable amount of money in the air conditioning that you enjoy at home or in your building. You don’t want to let things deteriorate so far that you end up needing to replace those units. Instead, you need to bring in the repair services of Bolton Construction and Service to keep your Clayton air conditioners working as they should. While air conditioners are expensive, it is much better to spend a little money keeping them in working order for the long term with a few minor repairs here and there.

Commercial Air Conditioning Repairs

A commercial air conditioning system has a number of additional parts because there is a much larger space to cool versus your home. This makes it important to keep up with the air conditioning repairs because if they are left unchecked, they can lead to more significant and costly repairs. This is the time that you want an experienced commercial air conditioning service to check out your commercial AC units as they will spot issues and make small repairs before they become large repairs. The general wear and tear on the components will necessitate having some repairs, but this is much more preferable compared with a major AC overhaul, or even replacement because you didn’t have them checked over regularly.

The community which has grown into the town of Clayton was built on a road cut by Governor Tryon’s troops around 1770 as they marched northwest from New Bern to Hillsborough against the Regulators. Nearly 100 years later the railroad came through and the community had its first name—Stallings’ Station since the depot for the North Carolina Railroad was in the home of Mrs. Sarah Stallings. The name lasted only three years, however, before officially becoming Clayton. Incorporation followed in 1869.
